The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of LGU Pantukan, in collaboration with the DOLE XI Davao de Oro Field Office, successfully conducted an Orientation and Contract Signing for the third batch of SPES beneficiaries.
At the same time, McDonald's Pantukan opened employment opportunities for the Batang Pantukeรฑos by committing its support to deserving students under the SPES Program of DOLE. It is worth noting that McDonaldโs is the very first private entity in the Municipality of Pantukan to partner with and adopt the SPES Program โ a significant milestone in strengthening public-private collaboration for youth development and employment.
In his inspirational message, Hon. Oliver "Noy" D. Ceniza genuinely encouraged students to value the privilege entrusted to them and to remain determined in pursuing their dreams despite lifeโs challenges. He emphasized that success is achieved through perseverance, hard work, and dedication. Mayor Noy reaffirmed that supporting the youth, particularly in the areas of education and employment, remains one of the priority programs of the administration. Together with Congressman Leonel โJhongโ D. Ceniza and Governor Engr. Raul Mabanglo, the local government continues to strengthen programs and initiatives that promote education, employment, and sustainable development for the youth and the Pantukeรฑos as a whole, he added.
