Parang Del Monte juice pala ang buhay natin no? 4 seasons.

Unang season ng ating buhay, aral at laro. Meron siguro sa iba maagang nagtatrabaho dahil sa hirap ng buhay. But in general sa part na yan tayo ay no work and no income.

Next season naman, diyan na tayo nagkatrabaho. Di kalayuan ay nagkaroon ng mga hulugan na kotse at bahay. Most of us siguro eh meron na rin pamilya sa part na yan.

Third season, diyan na sa college karamihan ng mga anak ninyo. Yung iba eh nag-iipon na siguro for their business or kumuha ng bagong kotse.

Finally, retirement season. I hope tayong lahat eh maging comfortable ang retirement. So papaano nga ba natin masesecure ang comfortable retirement?

1. Dapat may idea ka on how much yung ideal retirement fund mo. Magbabase yun sa desired monthly income mo today and kung kailan mo balak magretire.

2. Dapat may multiple passive income ka. Either through rentals or dividends na galing sa stocks mo. (marami pang iba)

3. Dapat meron ka rin pension plan, yung kayang makapagbigay ng guaranteed source of income sayo. Yes, dapat guaranteed di pwedeng puro variable.

4. Dapat you should start as early as you can. Kasi kung balak mong magretire at the age of 60. Hindi pwede na magiipon ka palang at the age of 50.

5. Dapat secured ka. Kasi hindi mo naman alam kung ano mangyayari sayo anytime. Disability, accident and critical illness can make a huge setback on your plans.
