A Client Conversation I’ll Never Forget
Client: “Ma’am Erica, honestly, I’ve been thinking about getting insurance for a long time… pero lagi kong sinasabi na next time na lang. Marami pa akong priorities ngayon.”
Me: “I understand po. Marami talaga tayong pinaglalaanan ng pera—family, bills, goals. Pero can I ask you something? If something unexpected happens to you tomorrow, who will take care of the dreams you’re working so hard for?”
Client: “Siguro po yung family ko… pero ayoko rin na maging burden sila sa akin.”
Me: “And that’s exactly why protection is important. Insurance is not about expecting something bad to happen. It’s about making sure your loved ones will still be okay even when life doesn’t go as planned.”
Client: “Alam mo ma’am, ngayon ko lang na-realize… habang nagtatrabaho ako para sa pamilya ko, kailangan ko rin pala silang protektahan.”
Me: “That’s one of the rea*ons why I love what I do. Hindi lang po tayo nagse-set up ng policy. We are building a promise—a promise that your family will have support when they need it the most.”
Client: “Thank you, Ma’am Erica. Hindi ko akalain na isang conversation lang ang magpapabago ng perspective ko tungkol sa insurance.”
Me: “Thank you rin po for trusting me. Someday, this policy will remind you that you made a decision not just for yourself, but for the people you love.”
