Difference between Accountant, Chief Accountant, Finance Manager, and External Auditor

Records daily transactions, prepares journal entries, reviews invoices, and posts to ledgers.
🔸 Operational – focuses on details.

2️⃣ Chief Accountant
Reviews accountants’ work, supervises the preparation of financial statements, and ensures compliance with accounting policies.
🔸 Supervisory – focuses on organization and accuracy.

3️⃣ Finance Manager CFO
Plans, analyzes, and makes strategic financial decisions. Oversees cash flows and manages relationships with banks and investors.
🔸 Managerial – focuses on the big picture.

4️⃣ External Auditor

This year marks a special milestone—our 10th Annual Christmas Gift Giving Project, a tradition we’ve proudly upheld for a decade. Since its humble beginnings, this initiative has grown into a heartfelt mission to bring joy, nourishment, and kindness to those who need it most during the holiday season.

Our Christmas Outreach Includes:
• Distribution of food packs (rice, canned goods, noodles, bread, coffee, spreads, candies, and milk) to homeless individuals and street children
• A Feeding Program for 100 children, offering a warm meal and festive cheer
• Surprise treats for hardworking street vendors at fast food outlets like Jollibee and McDonald’s
To continue this meaningful work, we invite you to be part of our 10th year celebration by supporting the project. Donations may be in cash or in-kind, and every contribution helps us reach more lives with compassion and care.
