I realized that maybe the person/s

I think, the reason kung bakit isa lang ang tao
Sa 20, 50, and 100 ay para e-remind tayo na
Kapag sila palang ang laging laman ng wallet mo,

Stage 2:
Dalawang tao naman for 500, to inform us na
Kapag si 500 na ang laging laman ng wallet mo, Pwede ka na magjowa. 😅✔️👫

Stage 3:
Lastly, 3 persons naman for 1K to tell us na
Kapag sya na ang laging laman ng wallet mo,

Why do people drown in Debt (UTANG)? 🤔

"Debt is already embedded in our culture" .
We must know how to classify Good/Bad Debt.

Reasons:
1. Misinformation of the society →They feed us with wrong information that DEBT is good.(NORMAL LANG ANG UTANG ABNORMAL KA PAG WALA KANG UTANG).

2. Living in higher Lifestyle →Don't go broke trying to look rich. Buying things we don't need just to show up to impress people.

3.Too many people spend money they haven't earned. To buy things they don't want to impress people they don't like...

4. Passed-On responsibility → After you graduate, it's now your turn to support your siblings education or your parents retirement.

5. Lack of Financial Literacy → This is the reason why you're not able to break the culture of Debt. This is the reason why you're not able to AVOID THE TEMPTATION OF SOCIETY..(Credit Cards, Car loan, Housing Loan, etc.)
It takes a lot of discipline how to get out of debt..

"Debt can turn into a disease. It could control your life diminish your happiness and limit your freedom."

A father, before he died, said to his son: “This is the watch your grandfather gave me and this is more than 200 years old. Before I give it to you go to the watch shop on the first street, and tell him I want to sell it, and ask how much they offer”.

The son went and after several minutes, he came back to his father and said, "The watchmaker offers to pay $5 because it's old and has a lot of scratches.” He then asked him to go to the coffee shop.

The son went and after an hour or so, he came back and said: “The coffee shop owner offers $5, father.”

“Go to the museum and show that watch”. He went ahead and then came back happily. “They offered me a million dollars for this piece.”

The father said: “I wanted to let you know that the right place values your value in a way right, don't put yourself in the wrong place and get angry if you get treated like trash. Those who knows your value are the ones who appreciates you, don't ever stay in a place that doesn't suit you."

Marami ang gusto makapamasyal pag nag-retire na sila, pero ayaw naman mag-invest. 😅

Marami ang ayaw maging pabigat sa anak nila pagdating ng panahon, pero ayaw naman mag-invest. 😅
