After my little yogurt adventure in England, I'm back in my kitchen and straight back to work! 🥣
The rain may be pouring, but rain or shine, yogurt orders must go out! 😂☔
There's honestly something so nice about being home again. ❤️

🇵🇭✈️🇬🇧 Yogurt Experiment — Round 2 RESULTS!
Well... this batch wasn't quite as thick as my first one. 😂
The weather has gotten noticeably colder here in England, and I think that's made a difference to the fermentation.
But the good news? It still cultured beautifully and tastes delicious! 🤍🥣
It's been so interesting seeing how my yogurt culture behaves in a completely different climate.
Would you have expected the colder weather to make such a difference? 👇

From the Philippines 🇵🇭 to England 🇬🇧... and finally into my breakfast bowl! 🥣🤍
After successfully making my yogurt in the cooler English weather, I couldn't resist making a beautiful fruit bowl with banana, apple, granola, chia seeds and a little honey. 🍌🍎🍯

THE RESULTS ARE IN!

My little yogurt experiment in England worked — and honestly, it turned out even thicker and creamier than I expected! 🤍🥣
My live culture travelled all the way from the Philippines, and despite the much cooler English weather, it produced this beautiful batch.
And yes... my reaction was completely genuine! My son was taking a candid video of me 😂🙌
Now for the best part — turning it into yogurt fruit bowls! Part 3 coming soon 😀🇵🇭🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

🇵🇭➡️🇬🇧 Yogurt experiment – Part 1
I couldn't resist bringing my live yogurt culture all the way from the Philippines to England to see how it would perform in a much cooler climate.
Because it's much colder here, I tucked the pot into a gently warmed oven to help it ferment overnight.
Will my culture adapt... or will this batch be a complete flop? 🤔
