I have many cases in which whenever I meet new people or meet old friends and I tell them about my passion as a Financial Advisor -- they're all like scaredy cats to talk to you. Facebook posts pertaining to insurances are often not given any attention.
For real? Can't you just listen to what we have to say and just be educated? We're not sick or harmful people, we're just here to help.
If it's only about the commissions, then considerably, we can venture out to other interested people. We have many sources of income. Our commission is nothing compared to the benefits you all will have.
Just think: How did you end up in my FB post, or how did we end up talking about it? Isn't it something that happened by chance or simply, random... like fate is knocking to you to render some minutes just listening?
Insurance and Investments are not exactly rocket science. All it ever needed is an open mind. These concepts are thoroughly studied and professionally given. If it's "walang kwenta", then why are all nations practicing and utilizing these?
It's such a shame that Filipinos in general are too perplexed and distressed about insurance. Then they'll come knocking the door of the advisor who offered them the service long ago and tell them how they badly need that insurance now... only to find out that it's already too late for them and that they should suffer from the repercussion of not deciding soon enough.
Insurance is something that is availed earlier and be used later. I've thought: Isn't it much better if you have something you don't need now than having something you need now but don't have it?
