Kape nalang tayo. ♥️
Nakakahiya man aminin, I used to be sooo judgmental about how people spend their money.
Feeling ko kasi nun mas superior ako dahil saver ako. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
"Ano ba naman to, may weekly travel. Pumasok
na kaya sa isip nya na mag ipon for retirement?"
"Kung maka bili to ng make-up kala mo andaming mukha."
(Pero syempre sa utak ko lang yan. 😅)
Pati mga umuutang, tingin ko sa kanila masyado kasi magastos at di marunong sa pera.
What a ridiculous and naive way of thinking!
Now, I know better. It is best summed up by Ramit Sethi when he said,
✨️"Spend extravagantly on the things you love, and cut costs mercilessly on the things you don’t."✨️
When I learned about this philosophy, naging less judgmental na ako and my spending patterns changed as well!
Parang last week lang, I was thinking of buying a new rubber shoes kasi nainggit ako sa friend ko. But when I really though about it, meron pa naman ako and I rarely wear rubber shoes.
But then, when I had the opportunity to enroll in a freediving class I immediately bought the gears I needed. No doubt, it's a f*ck yes kasi alam ko sa sarili that I love doing these types of activities.
Babalik pa rin tayo sa "money is just a tool". You decide how you'll use it to enrich your life.
Kaya wag na tayo masyadong judgmental sa iba at pati na din sa sarili natin. ;)
