The feeling of readiness is a reward for starting.
Not a requirement.

Posting when the reach is zero.

Showing up when nothing confirms it is working.

Building before a single person knows the name exists.

That is not the hard part.

The hard part is knowing that six months from now someone will open LinkedIn to a message that says "I have been seeing you everywhere" and that person could be you, but only if today is the day the decision gets made.

Readiness does not come before that moment.

It comes because of it.

The discomfort of showing up before you feel ready is not a warning.
It is confirmation that something is actually moving.

Most people assume the opposite.

They wait for the positioning to be right.
The profile to be polished.
The message to be perfect before anyone sees it.

So they refine. Watch.

Prepare. Delay.

The problem is not the readiness.

It is the assumption that readiness comes before the work.

It does not.

Authority compounds through three things:

1. Showing up before you feel ready - that is when the reps actually count.
2. Staying consistent before results appear - that is when most people stop.
3. Trusting the process before clarity arrives - that is when positioning sharpens.

Without discomfort, none of those three happen.

With them, everything that felt uncertain eventually becomes the thing people recognize you for.

2. Click your policy details.

3. Check your agent details, if its the same on the photo below, that means your agent is no longer connected with PRU.
