Morning All,

We've got a couple of tables at the Manila 10s Rugby Lunch tomorrow (Friday, March 23) at the Marriott Hotel. We have just had a couple of last minute cancellations. If anyone would like a ticket (no charge) pls PM me and I will let you know if still available.

Its a great day, even if you are not a rugby fan. Most importantly ..... its free flow beer!

Financial planning is not a one-way process and I need to look for certain attributes in a potential client. These being…

1. They recognize the need for outside, professional expertise. Either because they’re busily focused on their own careers and family, they don’t have the time (or inclination) or lack knowledge to manage their own portfolio.

2. They are (or are trying to be) financially responsible. My clients must want to maximize their income and so be willing take the process of financial planning for their future seriously. They are willing to envision the future, are committed to making work an option and will sacrifice in the present to help secure the future.

3. They must be willing to hold an open and honest conversation regarding their current financial situation and their definition of future financial success.

4. They are good and nice people.

If these qualities describe you, then we should connect over the phone or a cup of coffee.
