I help financial advisors get known, capture leads, and build a practice that runs without them — using the AI systems I run on my own clients. 8x MDRT · 3x GAMA IMA Diamond · 120+ advisors led.

Most advisors think a bigger month means more calls.

More follow-ups. More hours. More hustle.

I used to believe that too.

Then I ran the numbers on my own week. Less than 20% of my time was actually with clients. The rest? Prep, admin, chasing, repeating.

Growth wasn't a motivation problem. It was a motion problem.

The advisors I see winning right now aren't working more. They've swapped effort-based habits for systems-based ones. Their follow-up runs without them. Their pipeline moves while they sleep. Their best month isn't their hardest month.

That's the shift. Not more input — better infrastructure.

If you're still equating consistency with effort, the system is the missing piece. Not willpower.

fflo was built exactly for this — so your practice keeps moving even when you step away.

What's one part of your week that still runs on pure manual effort?

Advisors say they need 34 new clients a year.

They spend 9% of their week finding them.

That's not a motivation problem. That's a math problem.

If your pipeline leaks, the calendar shows you where.

The free newsletter breaks down the fix — link in the comments.

I stopped asking 'should I use AI?' last year.

Now I just track what it saved me.

This week: follow-up sequences for three prospects I'd been stalling on. Done in under 20 minutes.

That used to take me a full afternoon — and I still got the wording wrong half the time.

If you're an advisor who wants to see exactly how I run it, ask ffai. Link in the comments.

I used to write follow-up notes after every client call. Good habit. Also took 40 minutes I didn't have.

Now fflo drafts the note while I'm still on the call.

I review. I send. Four minutes.

Same care. A lot fewer late nights.

Which part of your follow-up is still fully manual?

I used to end every Friday with a longer to-do list than Monday's.

Not because I was lazy. Because every new tool just added a new step.

Then I stopped adding tools and started building routines that ran without me.

Same clients. Fewer hours. Better follow-through.

If you want to see what that looks like in practice, my free newsletter breaks it down — link in the comments.

I closed a big case. Walked to my car. And checked my account anyway.

Not because I was broke. Because something in me still wasn't sure the math added up.

That moment taught me something most advisors don't want to admit:

The feeling after a win is data.

If relief is bigger than celebration, your pipeline is thinner than you think.
If you're already calculating the next case before leaving the parking lot, your system — not your skill — is the problem.

A good month shouldn't feel like surviving it.

The fix isn't more activity. It's knowing, at any point in the month, exactly where your next three clients are coming from — without having to run the numbers in your head.

That's what a real system gives you. Not hustle. Certainty.

If that parking lot moment sounds familiar, my free newsletter breaks down the systems I actually use — the ones that turned that anxiety into a process.

I ran an AI follow-up sequence on a cold prospect list last week.

Not a generic drip. Personalised by policy gap, life stage, and last touchpoint.

The sequence ran without me. The replies came in like I'd sent each one myself.

That's the shift — from chasing to being found in the inbox first.

Want to see exactly how I built it? It's inside fflo.

Most of us remember our best clients. We forget the ones who almost were.

That gap — between who followed up and who didn't — isn't a motivation problem. It's a system problem.

If your follow-up lives in your head, you're already leaking.

I write about the fixes every week. Free, practical, no fluff — link in the comments.

Most advisors I talk to are already busy.

They're not lazy. They're not disorganized. They just built their practice on effort — and effort has a ceiling.

More calls. More follow-ups. More hours.

And at some point, more just means more tired.

I know because I did the same thing. I thought hustle was the strategy. It's not. Hustle is what you do before you have a system.

The shift isn't working less. It's letting the right things run without you — follow-up sequences, lead nurture, content — so you can show up only where a human actually needs to be.

That's where the hours come back. And when the hours come back, the growth follows.

If you want to see how I set that up, I lay it out in the free newsletter.

Most of your warm leads didn't ghost you. You just never followed up a third time.

That's not a motivation problem. That's a missing system.

If that hit — the free newsletter breaks down the fix. Link's in the comments.
