You’re just the withholding agent. You’re basically acting as a tax collector on behalf of the BIR. Without any service fee. How cruel. πŸ˜‚

Now go file that 0619-E!

If your business withheld Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) during the month, don’t forget to remit it to the BIR and file your BIR Form 0619E on time.

BONUS TIP: Don’t forget to give that Form 2307 to your supplier/payee!

π™π˜Όπ˜Ύπ™: Wrong. If your business has employees, you still need to file BIR Form 1601C even when there is no tax withheld to remit.

In short, having β‚±0 tax due does not mean you don't need to file 1601C anymore.

So please make sure your payroll and tax filings are properly taken care of and filed on time. We don't want BIR to collect those penalties from you.
