This circular extends the deadline for the Enhanced Compliance Incentive Plan (ECIP) application until December 31, 2024. This program offers reduced fines and penalties for noncompliant, delinquent, suspended, or revoked corporations that address their reportorial deficiencies. Key details include:

This extension provides companies an opportunity to regularize their status and avoid substantial penalties or the risk of revocation under the Revised Corporation Code (RA 11232).

- These monthly remittance forms shall be filed in triplicate by every withholding agent/payor required to deduct and withhold taxes on compensation paid to employees and income payments subject to Expanded/Creditable Withholding Taxes.
