Tax-Free Transfer of Corporate Club Shares is now recognized under Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 72-2026.

Qualified transfers of proprietary club shares held under nominee or trust agreements may be exempt from:
✅ Capital Gains Tax (CGT)
✅ Documentary Stamp Tax (DST)
✅ Donor's Tax

The transfer must satisfy all conditions prescribed under the Circular, including proper documentation and compliance with BIR requirements.
