HOW TO GET PAG-IBIG LOYALTY CARD PLUS ✨.
1. Go to the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund branch
• Bring at least one valid government-issued ID.
• Some branches have partner banks (LandBank, UnionBank, Asia United Bank) that handle the card issuance.
2. Fill out the Loyalty Card Plus Application Form
• Available at the branch or online (you can download from Pag-IBIG’s official website and fill it in advance).
3. Submit the requirements
• Duly accomplished form.
• Valid government ID (original and photocopy).
4. Pay the card fee
• The fee is ₱125 (subject to change depending on the bank partner).
5. Biometric capture & photo
• Your picture, fingerprints, and signature will be taken at the branch.
6. Claim your card
• Processing and release vary per branch. Some issue it within the same day, others ask you to return after a few working days.
