na ang Tax Mapping o maaari rin tawaging Tax Compliance Verification Drive (TCVD) ay ang pagsusuri sa mga taxpayers na may kinalaman sa mga tinatawag na “administrative compliance” sa mga registration requirements na itinakda ng BIR.

Ang pagsasagawa ng Tax Mapping o TCVD ay hindi pag-audit sa mga books of accounts o pagcompute ng mga deficiency taxes kundi para makita kung ang isang taxpayer ay rehistrado at updated ang rehistro sa BIR.

May mga kaukulang penalties kapag may makitang pagkukulang o hindi pagsunod sa mga initakdang requirements for registration ng BIR.

Kailangan na may hawak na Mission Order ang mga magsasagawa ng tax mapping alinsunod sa provisions ng Revenue Memorandum Order 9-2006.

EXTENDED AND EXPANDED!

The Estate Tax Amnesty deadline has been extended to JUNE 14, 2025, while its coverage has been expanded to deaths on or before MAY 31, 2022, under Republic Act (RA) No. 11956.

na ang BIR Form 2307 o ang Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source ay ini-issue ng isang payor/withholding agent tungkol sa income ng isang taxpayer kung saan nakalagay ang halagang binayad at ang kaukulang tax na winithhold ng payor/withholding agent mula sa nasabing taxpayer.

Ang tax na na-withhold ay tinatawag na creditable dahil ang halagang na-withhold ay maaaring ibawas sa anumang income tax na kailangang bayaran ng inisyuhan ng Form 2307 sa katapusan ng taxable year.
