When Health Matters

It has been a very crazy month for me. A magnitude 7.8 earthquake hit Southern part of Mindanao and I have been traveling to and from areas every couple of days. Most days it's so tiring and takes so much of you, mentally, physically and emotionally. The first few weeks were really too much. An unavoidable encounter, miscommunication between different departments, undelivered logistics which were needed on the ground, everything took a toll on me and I had to remove myself from all of it for a few days so that I could function properly....

When Anxiety Attacks

I’m not so fond of enclosed spaces. Scratch that, I hate enclosed spaces. I could barely breathe. Which is also why I don’t like to sleep on the floor. So we were at the gym.
