I am the kind of person na walang tigil ang paggana ng utak😅mahilig kasi ako magplan(obviously 😜)i want order in everything. At times it becomes overwhelming & causes anxiety

Knitting is 1 of the few things that helps calm my nerves. Sabi ng asawa ko,bibilan nya nalang ako ng bag para di na ko mahirapan😆although shopping gives me a different kind of joy,there are some things that money can't buy talaga.

Self love should also be our priority. Sabi nga,you can't give something that you don't have. Di naman kailangan laging garbo o magastos. Ang mahalaga you forgive others, you forgive yourself, accept you have flaws & limitations & trust that God is in control to find peace of mind

When being the strong 1 is exhausting
Burnout doesn’t always scream
Sometimes it hides in:

😭quiet cries in the bathroom

You owe people around you not money but

& when you finally ask,you feel like you’re the burden

I learned that
it’s not about better budget
It’s about healing from the pressure

✅ask for help w/o shame
✅rest w/o feeling useless

✅find a person you can talk to w/o filter
