Sales Executive, Social Media & Phone Responder
Are you a highly motivated sales pro with excellent communication skills? We're looking for a Sales Executive & Phone Responder to drive new business and be the first point of contact for our customers.
What You'll Do:
Proactive Sales: Generate leads and secure new business through outbound calls and outreach.
Customer Response: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing information and support.
Qualify Leads: Assess customer needs and qualify prospects.
CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities and customer interactions.
Hit Targets: Achieve and exceed sales goals and response time metrics.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales or customer service with a sales focus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong phone presence.
Goal-oriented, self-starter with a drive to succeed.
Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
