Over the past year, Solvevia has been supporting audit and accounting firms in enhancing their people systems, operating disciplines, and long-term capability pipelines.
As part of this work, one of our clients - a Houston-based accounting and tax firm established in 2005 and serving thousands of clients across the US - is building a formal capability pathway within its Pakistan back offices (Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad) to support its expanding operations.
The team in Pakistan has grown to 120+ professionals serving exclusively US clients and is now launching an ICAP-recognized Training Organization Outside Practice (TOoP) to strengthen its future talent pipeline.
Applications are now open for the first cohort of 10 CA Trainees.

- Client Base: 100% US Audit, Accounting, Tax, and Advisory Work
- Qualification: CAF Qualified (FTS Batch 41 & above)
- Work Hours: 7:00 PM β 4:00 AM (Aligned with Houston Time)
- Articleship Tenure: as per ICAP pathway
