🚀 We're Hiring: Issue Resolution / Back Office Executive
Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving and customer service skills? Asim Jofa is looking for an Issue Resolution / Back Office Executive to join our Issue Resolution (IR) Team in Karachi.
The role involves managing the complete complaint resolution cycle, following up on customer cases, coordinating with internal teams and courier partners, handling OFD, shipment and return-order issues, conducting resolution calls, and ensuring cases are closed within the required timelines.
The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in issue resolution, customer service, complaint management, e-commerce, or operations, along with strong English communication, analytical, follow-up, and coordination skills.
