عقل والوں کے لیے زبردست مثال ہے -
ھم ”تربوز“ خریدتے ہیں مثلاً پانچ کلو کا ایک دانہ.. جب اسے کھاتے ھیں تو پہلے اس کاموٹا چھلکا اتارتے ھیں.. پانچ کلو میں سے کم ازکم ایک کلو چھلکا نکلتا ہے.. یعنی تقریبا بیس فیصد.. کیا ھمیں افسوس ھوتا ہے؟ کیا ھم پریشان ھوتے ھیں؟ کیا ھم سوچتے ھیں کہ ھم تربوز کو چھلکے کے ساتھ کھا لیں؟..
نہیں بالکل نہیں.. یہی حال مالٹے کا ہے..
ھم خوشی سے چھلکا اتار کر کھاتے ھیں.. حالانکہ ھم نے چھلکے سمیت خریدا ھوتا ہے.. مگر چھلکا پھینکتے وقت تکلیف نہیں ھوتی..
ھم مرغی خریدتے ھیں.. زندہ، ثابت.. مگر جب کھانے لگتے ھیں تو اس کے بال، کھال اور پیٹ کی آلائش نکال کر پھینک دیتے ھیں.. کیا اس پر دکھ ہوتا ہے؟.. نہیں..
تو پھر چالیس ہزار میں سے ایک ہزار دینے پر.. ایک لاکھ میں سے ڈھائی ہزار دینے پر کیوں ہمیں بہت تکلیف ہوتی ہے؟.. حالانکہ یہ صرف ڈھائی فیصد بنتا ہے.. یعنی سو روپے میں سے صرف ڈھائی روپے..
یہ تربوز، کیلے، آم اور مالٹے کے چھلکے اور گٹھلی سے کتنا کم ہے.. اسے ”زکواۃ“ فرمایا گیا ہے.. یہ پاکی ہے.. مال بھی پاک.. ایمان بھی پاک.. دل اور جسم بھی پاک اور معاشرہ بھی خوشحال، اتنی معمولی رقم یعنی چالیس روپے میں سے صرف ایک روپیہ.. اور فائدے کتنے زیادہ.. اجر کتنا زیادہ.. برکت کتنی زیادہ!!

Courts get special powers

ISLAMABAD:
The Ministry of Law and Justice has issued a notification giving special powers to the courts for trial under the Benami Act 2017.

According to the notification, special powers have been given to the district and sessions courts for Sindh.

For Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, special powers have been assigned to the courts of additional district and sessions judge whereas for Punjab, special powers have been given to court of additional district and sessions judges II.

Meanwhile, special powers have been assigned to the court of district and sessions judge and additional district and sessions judge I for Islamabad.

The jurisdiction of the special courts will cover all four provinces including Islamabad.

According to sources, chief justices of the provincial high courts and IHC had suggested the names for the special courts.

The Cabinet had approved giving the powers of special courts to the designated courts.

Trials will be conducted under Section 48 of the Benami Act 2017 in the special courts and will be completed within six months of the filing of complaints.
