The FBR Chairman has decided that all income tax returns for Tax Year 2025, filed before 22nd September 2025, will be treated as abnormal/invalid. Taxpayers concerned will soon receive a systematic rectification notice, after which they will be required to re-file their returns under the newly prescribed forms. The relevant SRO and circular regarding this rectification will shortly be published on the FBR website.

گجرات ٹیکس بار ایسوسی ایشن کی جانب سے ایف بی آر چیئرمین کو باضابطہ خط ارسال کیا گیا ہے جس میں آئرس (IRIS) سسٹم کی شدید خرابیوں پر تشویش کا اظہار کیا گیا ہے۔

خط میں گزارش کی گئی ہے کہ:
✅ آئرس کو فوری طور پر فعال اور درست بنایا جائے۔
✅ جولائی تا ستمبر کے دوران کسی قسم کی اپڈیٹس یا اپ گریڈ نہ کی جائیں۔
✅ پنجاب میں سیلاب متاثرین کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے انکم ٹیکس ریٹرن 2025 کی آخری تاریخ میں90 دن کی توسیع دی جائے۔

یہ معاملہ ممبران گجرات ٹیکس بار ایسوسی ایشن، ٹیکس دہندگان اور پریکٹیشنرز کے وسیع تر مفاد میں اُٹھایا گیا ہے۔
