The federal government’s non-tax revenue soared to Rs. 3,602 billion, a massive Rs. 1,623 billion increase compared to last year’s Rs. 1,979 billion.
🔹 Key Contributors:
✅ State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) profit: Rs. 2,500 billion (up from Rs. 972 billion)
✅ Petroleum levy: Rs. 549 billion (+Rs. 76.64 billion)
✅ Passport fees: Rs. 39.54 billion (up from Rs. 25.73 billion)
✅ Gas Development Surcharge: Rs. 27.34 billion (up from Rs. 4.5 billion)
✅ Profit distribution: Rs. 97.47 billion (up from Rs. 88.74 billion)
📉 Declines Noted In:
❌ Interest payments from provinces & SOEs: Rs. 131.52 billion (down from Rs. 241 billion)
❌ PTA revenue: Rs. 28.81 billion (down from Rs. 50.46 billion)
🔹 Other Revenue Sources:
✔ Oil & gas royalties
✔ LPG & windfall levies
