Officer Fraud & Ethics Committee

One of our prestigious clients (a leading non-bank microfinance organization) is looking to hire a competent Officer Fraud & Ethics Committee for their Head Office in Johar Town (near Expo Center), Lahore.
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Fraud Investigation Officer, who will also serve as the Secretary of the Fraud and Ethics Committee. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer , this dual-role position requires to lead investigations into fraud and ethical breaches while providing administrative and strategic support to the committee. The ideal candidate will be proactive in fraud detection and prevention while ensuring the committee operates efficiently.
Requirements
• Minimum Qualification Masters (MBA, MCom, MA Economics or equivalent from a reputed university)
• 3~5 years of relevant Experience in fraud or harassment investigation, internal audit, compliance, risk management, or ethics enforcement.
• Familiarity with investigative processes, such as conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and reporting findings.
·Ability to conduct thorough and unbiased analyses of fraud incidents, preparing detailed reports of individual cases.
·Analyze data to identify trends and patterns indicative of fraudulent behavior.
·Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills to report findings clearly and effectively to senior management, legal teams
·Assist in implementing fraud prevention controls and policies across the organization.
·Schedule and organize committee meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate relevant materials.
• Uphold high ethical standards and exercise good judgment when dealing with sensitive issues while being impartial
·Act as a liaison between the committee and other internal departments.
