We are looking for a professional, hardworking, and punctual Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our firm on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely data entry, and supporting management through reliable financial reporting.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working independently while meeting daily deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
Handle data entry of financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries)
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis
Support management with ad-hoc financial and accounting tasks
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal procedures
Required Qualifications
B.Com or M.Com (mandatory)
Practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
Good understanding of accounting fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Must be residing near Thokar Niaz Baig or surrounding areas (preferred for commute convenience)
