غیر معیاری ٹیکس فائلنگ سے اجتناب کریں

ٹیکس پریکٹس کی ہسٹری میں اتنے بندے ٹیکس کنسلٹینٹس نے رجسٹر نہیں کئے ہیں نہ ایف بی آر کے ملازمین نے کئے ہیں جتنے بندے پراپرٹی رجسٹرارز کے دفتروں سے رجسٹر بھی ہوئے اور فائلر بھی بنائے گئے ہیں.

اور صحیح پیسہ بھی انہوں نے ہی کمایا ہے، ہر دفتر سے دس پندرہ لوگ روزانہ فائلر ہوتے ہیں، ایوریج تین چار لاکھ روپیہ مہینہ یہ فائلرز سے کماتے ہیں۔

ان لوگوں کے فائلر کئے ہوئے بندے کا نیکسٹ ریٹرن بنانا کنسلٹینٹ / وکیل کیلئے اچھی خاصی پرابلم بن جاتا ہے کیونکہ بندے کے اوریجنل مالی معاملات کو ان کے فائل کئے ہوئے ریٹرن کیساتھ کوریلیٹ کرنا ممکن نہیں رہتا اور ان فائلرز کے ٹیکس پروفائل کا پاسورڈ تو کسی ایک کے پاس بھی نہیں ہوتا۔

فائلر کرنے والوں نے جب پیسے لئے ہیں تو کم از کم فائلر کو پاسورڈ تو لکھ کے دیدو تاکہ بعد میں ان بیچاروں کو پاسورڈ کی ریکوری پر الگ سے دو چار ہزار نہ خرچنا پڑے۔

کوشش کیا کریں کہ پراپرٹی رجسٹریشن سے پہلے کسی ماہر کنسلٹینٹ / وکیل سے فائلر ہو کے جایا کریں تاکہ بعد کی پریشانیوں سے بچ سکیں۔

ٹیکس پروفائل کو ایویں کیویں کی چیز مت سمجھیں کہ چاہیں جس سے مرضی بنوالیں یا بیٹھ کے یوٹیوب دیکھ کے خود ہی پُر کر لیں، اس پر جب بجلی گرتی ہے تو دو تین سال کا سکون غارت کر جاتی ہے۔

غیر معیاری ریٹرن فائلنگ کا معاملہ ایسے ہی ہے جیسے آپ ایک کاغذ پر کچھ بھی اول فول لکھ کے دراز میں رکھ دیں، یہ دس سال بھی کسی اتھارٹی کی نظروں سے اوجھل پڑا رہے گا تو کچھ مسئلہ نہیں کرے گا لیکن جب کسی محتسب کی نظر میں آگیا تو وہ اس پر باز پرس ضرور کرے گا۔
