President Qurat Ul Ain, Senior Vice President Zara Imtiaz, Vice President Zareen Akhtar, and Secretary General Saba Hidayat attended the inauguration ceremony of the International Furniture & Craft Fair Pakistan at Monal Marquee.

During the visit, the WCCIPD delegation toured the exhibition featuring furniture, woodwork, handicrafts, and other locally manufactured products. They interacted with exhibitors and industry representatives, appreciating the creativity, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial spirit showcased at the event.

The delegation emphasized the importance of such exhibitions in promoting local industries, empowering artisans, encouraging women-led enterprises, and creating opportunities for business networking, investment, and export growth. WCCIPD reaffirmed its commitment to supporting initiatives that strengthen entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable economic development for women and the wider business community.

وفد نے فرنیچر، ووڈ ورک، ہینڈی کرافٹس اور دیگر مقامی مصنوعات کی نمائش کا دورہ کیا اور نمائش میں شریک صنعتکاروں اور کاروباری نمائندگان سے ملاقات کی۔ اس موقع پر مقامی صنعت، دستکاری، خواتین کاروباری افراد اور چھوٹے و درمیانے درجے کے کاروبار کے فروغ کے لیے ایسی نمائشوں کی اہمیت کو اجاگر کیا گیا۔

ویمن چیمبر نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ وہ خواتین کی کاروباری ترقی، مقامی صنعت کے فروغ، سرمایہ کاری کے مواقع اور برآمدات میں اضافے کے لیے ہر ممکن تعاون جاری رکھے گا۔

The Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry Peshawar Division (WCCIPD) (Women’s Economic Empowerment) encourages women entrepreneurs and SMEs to prepare for the new SME Financing Prudential Regulations introduced by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), effective July 2026.

These updated regulations are designed to make SME financing faster, smarter, more transparent, and digitally driven, creating greater opportunities for businesses to access formal financing.

ان نئی اصلاحات کا مقصد ایس ایم ایز کے لیے مالی سہولیات تک رسائی کو مزید آسان، تیز، شفاف اور ڈیجیٹل بنانا ہے تاکہ کاروبار باآسانی بینکنگ اور مالیاتی خدمات سے مستفید ہو سکیں۔

ایس ایم ایز کو چاہیے کہ وہ:

✔️ اپنے کاروبار کو ڈیجیٹل پلیٹ فارمز پر مضبوط بنائیں۔
✔️ اپنی کریڈٹ ہسٹری اور مالی ساکھ بہتر کریں۔
✔️ تمام قانونی اور کاروباری دستاویزات مکمل رکھیں۔
✔️ ڈیجیٹل بینکنگ اور e-KYC کو اپنائیں۔

President WCCIPD Qurat Ul Ain chaired a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry Peshawar (WCCIPD), during which the Executive Committee unanimously approved the election schedule for the 2026–28 term and constituted a three-member Election Commission to oversee the electoral process.

The meeting was attended by Leader Businessmen Forum Ghazanfar Bilour, Senior Vice President Zaara imtiaz , Vice President zareen akhtar , former presidents Rabia Basri and Shahida Perveen, the and Executive Committee members.

The House was also briefed on the proposed budget, the visit to Hattar Industrial Estate, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Bank of Pakistan, the SeedRise KP Fund initiative, the Women Market project, and other ongoing activities of the Chamber.

The Executive Committee further decided to adopt comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the smooth functioning of the Chamber and the effective management of its upcoming events and initiatives.

اجلاس میں لیڈر بزنس مین فورم **غضنفر بلور**، سابق صدور **رابعہ بصری** اور **شاہدہ پروین**، سینئر نائب صدر، نائب صدر اور ایگزیکٹو کمیٹی کے اراکین نے شرکت کی۔

اجلاس کے دوران مجوزہ بجٹ، حطار انڈسٹریل اسٹیٹ کے دورے، اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان (SBP) کے ساتھ مفاہمتی یادداشت (MoU)، کے پی سیڈ فنڈ، ویمن مارکیٹ منصوبے اور چیمبر کی دیگر جاری سرگرمیوں پر تفصیلی بریفنگ دی گئی۔

ایگزیکٹو کمیٹی نے چیمبر کے انتظامی امور کو مزید مؤثر، منظم اور شفاف بنانے کے لیے جامع **اسٹینڈرڈ آپریٹنگ پروسیجرز (SOPs)** اپنانے کا بھی فیصلہ کیا تاکہ آئندہ پروگرامز اور اقدامات کو بہترین انداز میں پایۂ تکمیل تک پہنچایا جا سکے۔

The Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry Peshawar Division (WCCIPD) (Women’s Economic Empowerment) proudly participated in the online "Access to Finance with Chambers and Trade Associations" meeting organized by SMEDA - Pakistan and chaired by the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM).

اس موقع پر صدر قرۃ العین اور سیکرٹری جنرل صبا ہدایت نے خواتین کاروباری شخصیات اور ایس ایم ایز کو مالی سہولیات فراہم کرنے کے لیے ویمن چیمبر کی بینکوں اور نان بینک مالیاتی اداروں کے ساتھ جاری شراکت داری سے آگاہ کیا۔ انہوں نے کاروباری ماحول کو مزید سازگار بنانے کے لیے ویمن چیمبر کی پالیسی سفارشات اور حکومتی اقدامات میں تعاون کو بھی اجاگر کیا۔
