ٹیکس نوٹس اور جرمانوں سے بچنے کے لئے ہمیشہ درست اور مکمل گوشوارا جمع کروائیں۔سال 2024 کی انکم ٹیکس ریٹرن جمع کروانے کا عمل جاری ہے اور آخری تاریخ 30 ستمبر 2024 ہے۔ کسی قسم کی پریشانی سے بچنے کے لیے ٹیکس گزاران سے گزارش ہے کہ اپنی آمدنی، اخراجات، سال کے دوران ادا شدہ ٹیکس، اثاثوں اور واجبات کی تفصیل اور متعلقہ کاغذات (یکم جولائی 2023 سے 30 جون 2024 تک) جلد اکٹھے کر لیں اور ریٹرن جمع کروائیں۔ اس سال لیٹ ریٹرن جمع کروانے والوں کے لیے بھی پراپرٹی کی خرید و فروخت پر دگنے ٹیکس ریٹ ہیں اس لیے موقع پر جلدی میں فائلر ہونے والوں کو خاطر خواہ فائدہ نہیں ہو گا ۔ دیر کرنے سے آپکو یہ نقصان ہو سکتے ہیں:

1۔ موبائل فون سم کی بندش
2۔ بجلی یا گیس میٹر کا منقطع ہونا
3۔ پراپرٹی خرید و فروخت پر لیٹ فائلر کے لیے دوگنا اور نان فائلر کے لیے 3 گنا ٹیکس جو کہ پراپرٹی کی قیمت کے 20 فیصد تک ہو سکتا ہے
4۔ بنک پرافٹ پر دوگنا یعنی 30 فیصد ٹیکس
5۔ ٹیکس نوٹس کی بھرمار

اسی طرح ہر ٹرانزیکشن پر دو سے تین گنا زیادہ ٹیکس۔ اس لیے مزید انتظار کی بجائے آج ہی اپنی ریٹرن جمع کروائیں اور فائلر بنیں۔
