📢 Atención Contribuyente:

A partir de hoy, el Departamento de Hacienda enviará a tu cuenta de SURI la notificación “Resumen de W2 y Declaraciones Informativas”, que incluye un desglose de todos los formularios de ingresos que el Departamento ha recibido bajo tu número de Seguro Social, correspondientes al año 2025. Si no estás registrado en SURI, la comunicación será enviada por correo postal.

¿Qué debes hacer cuando recibas la notificación?

Si ya radicaste la Planilla 2025 – Corrobora que hayas incluido en la planilla radicada todos los ingresos detallados en la notificación. De ser así, puedes hacer caso omiso al documento. De lo contrario, deberás seguir las instrucciones detalladas en la notificación.

Si aún no has radicado la Planilla 2025 – Asegúrate de incluir todos los formularios de ingresos detallados y cualquier otro formulario que hayas recibido posterior al envío de la notificación.
