This week, our Audit Team came together for Single Audits for Universities & Compliance Supplement, an in-house seminar designed to strengthen technical knowledge in one of the profession's most specialized areas. Participants earned 8 CPE credits while exploring the latest Uniform Guidance requirements, the 2025-2026 Compliance Supplement, Government Auditing Standards, compliance testing, and reporting responsibilities for federally funded programs.

Recently, the Galíndez Tax Team participated in our 2026 Tax & Legislative Update Seminar, where they explored the latest legislative changes, administrative guidance, and judicial developments impacting tax planning and compliance in Puerto Rico and the United States. Topics included Act 60 incentives, Section 933 residency requirements, private equity funds, nonprofit organizations, municipal taxes, and recent court decisions shaping today's tax environment.
