mestic enterprises in a wide range of industries including mining, property development, construction, aviation, education, e-commerce, shipping, logistics, plantations and charities. His key areas of expertise include and are not limited to:
· Leading and managing statutory audits of various SGX-listed companies
· Conducting financial due diligence reviews in connection with mergers and acquisitions
· Conducting internal controls review and provision of recommendations
· Conducting compliance review of internal control system and corporate governance of Charities and IPCs
