Burnout and being directionless are not the same thing.

Being directionless is a lack of guidance, maturity and discipline. Burnout means you're putting your heart and soul into something, which actually is a good sign.

Ambition works against you when you have no clarity on where you're going. Clarity starts with small goals, small wins, and the honesty to reflect on what you actually want. One goal leads to another. And before you know it, you're building something real.
