This time round is for the agency’s Breakfast Club, and it is always a compliment when there are more attendees than expected during my sharing sessions. It’s very heart-warming to know that people want to learn and listen to you. I never thought that I’d have this much experience at my age because veterans in the industry can be as old as 30-40+ years long, until I started taking up the trainer role that groom and helps young consultants, and the most amazing thing is I learn more about myself and my practice whenever I teach

I guess what they say in mandarin is true, “施比受更有福.”

Reminder to Self: Do it at your own pace. 😌

I think that no one in the world started with their hands full and having every goal achieved because if that’s the case, it can never be considered as a ‘goal’. I, for once, started as a trainee myself before being the trainer; I worked hard to achieve what I have right now because I know that success isn’t served on a silver platter. Even further, the rest of your goals will not automatically follow just because you already achieved something. You can’t have everything at once. You have to work hard for it.

Slowly, surely and gracefully, achieve your goals through hard work. Set goals, focus, be consistent, know where you are headed, make room for what truly matters first. Do it at your own pace, a minimal progress is still a progress. One day, you’ll see, what you can take will be more than everything. 💛✨

Sharing with you photographs of the face-to-face seminar I hosted! 😊 We talked about important and relevant topics like the status of the job market and how to be more sufficient in a hybrid working environment after the COVID-19 pandemic. We also tackled how introvert and extroverts can make waves together in the industry despite different attitudes. All in all, it was really helpful! 💪🏻

We are so privileged to have Nelson, a client-turned-friend and a veteran in the HR field, to have shared with us his expertise on the topics and it’s really nice seeing him here!

Really missed events like this! Hope that we could do more! 💛✨

Believe it or not, “Will I lose friends after joining this business?” is a question that I frequently get asked. But from my personal experience, on the contrary, I managed to reconnect with a lot more people. And I think that’s one of the many beauties of joining this industry! 🙌

Reminder to Self: Your big achievements will start from small actions.

We, sometimes, don’t find the beauty in the little things, even if it’s about us or if we are the ones who are doing it. But think about it, bigger things always come from smaller ones. I did not start where I am today – I was a newbie like everyone else when I first entered the industry. Before I started coaching, I studied and asked for someone else’s advice too. What I've always done is to do my very best and be consistent in my daily routine. I am working hard, and still continuously learning till today!

So just a little advice for those who resonate with this: start it with the smaller things in your life first. Start by waking up early, being punctual; or start cooking your favourite breakfast every day; fix your favourite clothes, do your skincare routine, learn every day, grow, sleep early, and rest if you must! It's the little things that count. After all, our daily routines are a guide and preview of how our future could look like. So start today! Be consistent. Remember, you reap what you sow.

Hoping that we will all have the future we dream of! ✨

Going 9 years in the business, I believe that it’s about time to give back to the industry and help the next generation of financial consultants. And… I feel more ready, enthusiastic and excited than I’ve ever been to embark on this role. ✨

Be a part of my journey!

Reminder to Self: Embrace your present 🎁

To love is to be content. To be content is to embrace. To learn how to embrace is to have everything, even if it’s less. Every moment is fleeting, let’s not waste it.

Whatever we have and do right now will undoubtedly affect our future. Our choices and decisions will define what we will become. Change is inevitable– we will have to face it whether we like it or not, and only our actions in the present will help us if that change will be for the better or for the worse. Let’s not wait for what we have to become what ‘we had’ before we learn how to appreciate them. Let’s love who we are and what we have, only then can we step forward to the future we are dreaming of. 💛✨

“Remember to celebrate your milestones as you prepare for the road ahead.” – Nelson Mandela

It’s been two years since I last attended a gala celebratory dinner and I just realized that I missed it so much when I attended one again. It is, no doubt, great to be back. Nights like this are just so fun because we cheer for each other’s success and achievement. It’s not boasting, it’s being proud of it—it’s seeing worth in your craft and knowing what to continue and what to strive for. Do not forget to celebrate your success, okay? Take pride in what you do and embrace your reward in those pretty dresses and high heels. 👠💛

To more nights of glamor to remember! ✨🥂

Today's question is, “Is it better to join agencies with products from multiple insurance companies so that I can help clients compare products and have more things to sell?” I know that a lot of you are still concerned about this and I would be happy to help! Little hint: it’s really not about what you sell 💛✨

Reminder to Self: The sky is not your limit. 🌥️

Sometimes, we tend to think that we are stuck in the same cycle of being mediocre. But the truth is, we just don’t step out of it. Choosing to become the best version of ourselves takes courage and perseverance. Know that your growth is limitless, know that your improvement is your choice. We have a choice to remain where we are or to explore more in the world.

Do not stop learning. Do not stop gaining the experiences that you will be able to share someday. That is how you choose yourself– by continuing, by doing your best. Be the benchmark for yourself, for family, for our communities, for the change we want to see in the world.
