Yesterday, our Moore GSiA team had the opportunity to volunteer at an education center supporting children from migrant families in Thailand as part of our Moore Helping Hands programme.

Working alongside Enfants du Mékong & Enfants Du Mekong Bangkok, who provide ongoing support to the center, our volunteers were invited to design and deliver a session introducing the children to Thai culture and everyday social etiquette. Through interactive activities, we explored the traditional Wai, respectful social behaviour, cultural customs, and traditional Thai dance.

For children growing up in a new environment, understanding local customs can play an important role in helping them build confidence, form connections, and feel a greater sense of belonging within their community.

This experience was made especially meaningful by the enthusiasm and participation of the children, as well as the dedication of our volunteers who generously shared their time and energy to make the day both educational and enjoyable.

Thank you to Enfants du Mékong & Enfants Du Mekong Bangkok for the opportunity to contribute to the important work being done at the center.
