🚨 Did You Know? A Company Can Be " " Without Warning!
If a company fails to operate or neglects to submit its financial statements, the Registrar might strike its name off the register, classifying it as a " " mediate cessation of its juristic person status! Any remaining assets become the property of the State! 😨
The Solution: If you wish to revive the company or proceed with outstanding liquidation, an interested party (such as a director, creditor, or shareholder) must petition the Court within 10 years from the date the name was struck off.
Upon a Court Order, the company will be deemed to have "continued in existence" as if its name had never been removed! If your company faces this issue, do not delay—swiftly proceed with the necessary legal steps!
