The Firm is a local accounting firm and consists of two members, one manager, two senior audiors, three staff auditor, and other clerical support personnel. Gary Saunders is the Managing Member and Lynn Saunders is the Membr in Charge of Audit. The Firm's focus has been to provide services to non-profit organizations, government and quasi-governmental agncies and is presently providing auditing se
rvices to organzations receiving funds froma variety of federal and state funding agencies. Our services have been provided to orgaizations located in Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas. Approximately 95% of the Firm's activities are audit related, therefore, the structure and organization of the Firm is geared toward performing audits. The Firm has conducted approximately 120 audits of organizations receiving federal and/or state funding during the last year. The other 5% of activities are devoted to providing services to businesses, Form 990 information returns for nonprofit organizations, management advisory service, as well as other special projects including fraud risk development, prevention, and detection. SAUNDERS & ASSOCIATES, PLLC DOES NOT prepare income tax returns for individuals such as Form 1040's.
