Medicare decisions don’t start at 65. The planning should happen before then.

We’d like to invite you to an upcoming virtual event hosted by The Resource Group: Medicare: What to Know Before 65 and Beyond.

On Thursday, October 15 at 11:00 AM PT, nationally recognized Medicare and Social Security expert Mary Beth Franklin will discuss the decisions that can shape healthcare coverage and retirement planning, from enrollment deadlines and working past 65 to Medicare costs, IRMAA, and common mistakes to avoid.

If you’re approaching Medicare eligibility or helping someone you care about navigate it, this is a conversation worth having before the decisions are in front of you.

Thursday, October 15 | 11:00 AM PT
Virtual via Zoom

Reserve your spot by October 10:

Your 401(k) shouldn’t create more work for HR. It should be doing more work for your people.

Strengthening your retirement plan doesn’t have to mean a major overhaul.

A thoughtful review of plan design, fees, fiduciary oversight, investments, and employee engagement can reveal meaningful opportunities…without creating another initiative for HR to manage.

At Waldron Partners, we coordinate the moving pieces behind the scenes, helping you strengthen the benefit you offer while making the experience better for the people you serve.

Better outcomes don’t always require more effort. Sometimes, they just require a better look at what’s already in place.

If it’s been a while since your 401(k) has been evaluated as a whole, it may be time for a conversation. Schedule time on our calendar:

Who should the family call if something happens?
Who knows where everything is?
Why was one child chosen as trustee?
What is the wealth ultimately meant to accomplish?

The families who have built the most are often the most private about it. But a thoughtful estate plan can only go so far if the people who will one day carry it forward don't understand the intention behind it.

In the latest blog in the Waldron Wealth Journal, we explore the conversation successful families often put off and why preparing the people who will one day carry the plan forward can be just as important as the plan itself.

Because good planning deserves to be understood.

Running a 401(k) plan means juggling compliance, fiduciary responsibility, provider relationships, and employee engagement… usually without a dedicated team behind you.

Waldron Partners brings all of it together: plan design, fiduciary guidance, investment oversight, and participant education, coordinated by one team so nothing falls between the cracks.

If it's been a while since your plan was reviewed, let's talk through where it stands.

Monday was a beautiful day to be out on the course.

Waldron Partners was proud to sponsor the Hearts on the Hill Charity Golf Tournament, and we spent the day at Hole 2 hosting a chipping challenge for participants.

It's easy to talk about coordination and long-term thinking in a meeting room. It's even better to talk about it standing in the sunshine with people who care about their community as much as they care about their swing.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, took a shot at the challenge, and shared a conversation with our team. Days like this remind us that the strongest relationships (like the strongest financial plans) are built one thoughtful conversation at a time.

August moves differently.

Markets slow. Inboxes quiet down. For a few weeks, nothing is demanding your attention.

That's precisely when it's worth looking closely at your plan, not because anything is wrong, but because this is the last real window before year-end deadlines start dictating the pace.

If any of this has been sitting on your list, now is the month to deal with it:

A Roth conversion you've been meaning to model.
Equity that's set to vest before December.
A beneficiary designation that hasn't been touched since a major life change.

None of it is urgent yet. By November, it will be.

Send us the one thing you've been putting off. We'll tell you plainly whether it's worth acting on now, or fine to leave for next year.

Nobody's ever called their financial plan "exciting" and meant it as praise.

The plans that hold up are quiet ones.

Not because the thinking behind them is light. Usually it's the opposite…the difficult decisions were made long before they ever became urgent.

You're not meant to see the work. You're meant to feel the result.

Curious what that would look like for you? Let's start the conversation: https://calendly.com/waldron-partners/inbound-pre-approach?month=2026-08

A season for clarity, not urgency.

Summer offers something rare: time to think. Before the demands of fall and year-end return, it's worth asking whether every part of your financial life… investments, tax strategy, retirement, and legacy is still working in concert toward the future you envision.

The most enduring financial decisions are never made under pressure. They're made with foresight.

Back-to-school season is right around the corner… That means new supplies, new schedules, and for many families, a good reminder that the greatest gift you can give a child isn't found in a store.

A 529 plan is a tax-advantaged education savings plan built specifically for future schooling costs. Contributions grow over time, and withdrawals used for qualified education expenses are not taxed. For parents and grandparents alike, it's one of the most meaningful ways to invest in a child's future.

Once it's open, the process is seamless, though it's worth a periodic look. A few minutes reviewing contribution levels, the investment mix, or beneficiary details can make a meaningful difference over the years ahead. Education savings works best when it's coordinated with the rest of a family's financial plan, not managed in isolation.

If you're investing in your child's future, a thoughtful approach to college savings today can shape their opportunities for years to come. We're glad to help you think it through.

Independence rarely looks like a number.

More often, it looks like a choice… the freedom to step back, to step into something new, or simply to say yes without hesitation.

That is the purpose wealth is meant to serve. Not accumulation for its own sake, but the room to choose what comes next.

If you're beginning to think about what that freedom could look like for your family, we would welcome the conversation: https://calendly.com/waldron-partners/inbound-pre-approach?month=2026-07
