And to think, we’re STILL adding to the team!

One thing about me, I’m going to make sure the people connected to me have the tools, training, resources, and support they need to be successful. Because what sense does it make for me to know how to build a successful tax business and not teach the people I’m bringing into this industry how to do the same?

I’m not interested in just having a bunch of names on a roster. I want to see these people WIN! Build their clientele, grow their offices, create additional streams of income, and eventually be in a position to help somebody else do the same.

And NO, everybody pictured didn’t come into this industry with experience. That’s the whole point of MENTORSHIP!

You don’t have to know everything before you start. But you DO need to be connected to somebody who’s willing to teach you what they know and actually help you put it into practice.
