Day 2 in the books! Talk about leaving with a full cup.

We spent today connecting with one another in a real way, talking about how to sustain and grow our programs, provide the best care for our kids, all while making sure we still take care of ourselves.

Learning together is the best part of our conference, with the new friends we've made being a close second.

As our annual conference comes to a close, remember to tag us in your posts so we can reminisce together!

Tucker Turtle from the National Center for Pyramid Model Innovations made an appearance at the 2026 VOICE Conference!

The Pyramid Model for Promoting Social-Emotional Competence in Infants and Young Children implements practices and policies that support the social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes of young children with, and at risk for, developmental delays or disabilities.

At CSEA/VOICE, we include these trainings often to ensure educators have access to this valuable information.

Thanks Tucker for helping promote the Pyramid Model and associated trainings!

We kicked off Day 2 with a unifying drum circle, an appearance by Tucker Turtle (a mascot from the Pyramid Model method), and a quick chicken dance to jump start our morning.

While we know how to have fun, we also know why we’re here.

We’re here at our annual conference to learn, grow and strengthen the work we do every day. (We're also here to give back, which is exactly what we did with our diaper & wipe drive headed straight to local Syracuse families.)

By empowering early childhood educators through these trainings, we’re building skills, sharing knowledge and giving educators the tools to provide the best possible care for the children and families they serve.

When educators have the support and resources to succeed, our children, families and communities benefit, too.
