Erpelding, Voigt & Co., L.L.P.'s foundation was started by Tom Erpelding in 1974 when he opened a small CPA firm in Algona, Iowa. The firm built its reputation from its original philosophy, which included a strong emphasis on quality. The firm has grown significantly over the last 45 years to currently include 52 firm members, 20 being CPAs. The firm's focus has also dramatically changed over the years from primarily minimizing income and estate taxes to today's full-service approach. When the firm was formed, we adopted a philosophy of providing high-quality professional service, maintaining high professional standards, and contributing hard work and performance to our clients.
