The IRS has increased the mileage rate for 2026. For business mileage incurred in January - June, the rate is $72.5. For mileage in July through December, the rate will be $.76.

✅ They are a THIRD-PARTY company.
❌ You do NOT file your Florida Corporate Annual Report through them.

These companies are not affiliated with the State of Florida and often charge extra fees to file something you can file yourself.

📌 The ONLY official place to file your Florida Corporate Annual Report is:

⭐ Tip to spot a non-legit/third-party email:
Scroll to the VERY bottom of the email and read the fine print. If it says something like “not affiliated with any governmental entity” or “you are not required to purchase anything,” then it’s a solicitation, not an official notice.
