Qualifications

Should have over 5 years tax preparation experience

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

CTEC Certified

Valid PTIN

Outstanding Customer Service Experience (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Detail Oriented

Knowledge of Tax code

Needs to work independently on their own with no supervision or directions
