Happy Monday, my friends.

Winter is in the rear view mirror, the days are getting longer, and Spring is definitely in the air. Here is the part where I invite you to coffee tomorrow morning with a great conversation ABOUT conversations.

Whether you join us or not, I REALLY encourage you to read the book: The Next Conversation, by Jefferson Fisher. No matter who you're talking to, the book gives you immediate, actionable strategies and phrases that will change the way you communicate.

You likely won't be able to turn it on a dime (I certainly can't, as I am on my 2nd reading), but it really helps you to prepare, pause, and think better before speaking.

Anyway, I'm very geeked about this book, and PLEASE, PLEASE don't worry if you haven't bought the book, or haven't read the part we will be discussing, YOU ARE STILL VERY WELCOME AND INVITED TO JOIN US!

Tomorrow morning’s Connect Over Coffee is intentionally Introverts Welcome. We know how intimidating it can feel to walk into a room of people you haven’t met before—especially if you’re new in town, starting something new, or just not a fan of traditional networking.

Our minds can be great at talking us out of good things. But what we see every week is something different: friendly faces, easy conversations, and a genuinely welcoming group. No pressure. No pitching. No “working the room.”

You can participate as much—or as little—as you like. Sometimes the bravest step is simply showing up.
