🚨Business Owners Don’t forget!

Franchise Tax & Public Information Report deadline is TODAY! May 15th

If your business is registered in Texas, your Franchise Tax Report and Public Information Report are due by May 15th to keep your business in good standing and avoid forfeiture.

Even if no tax is due, filing may still be required.

Please also be on the lookout for letters from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Many business owners receive notices regarding Franchise Tax, Public Information Reports, sales tax filings, account updates, or filing frequency changes. These letters are important and should not be ignored.

If you receive any correspondence from the Texas Comptroller, please upload it through your client portal, send us a message, or call us at 214-598-1182 so we can review it with you and help you respond correctly and on time.

Avoid penalties, late fees, and unnecessary issues with your business status; don’t wait until the last minute!
