Closed a great case today!
Another firm charged over 24000 and accomplished nothing. During the 2 year period with other tax lawyer IRS was levying bi weekly 2500 when no actual Bal due. When I was told about levy and got transcripts next day levy released. Then fight was on as payments went all unpostable.
Last 2 weeks my wonderful clients Mr and Mrs F have received refunds from 2014, and 2017. Total 34000. The 2015-2016 and 2018 are all scheduled to release in next week or so. Total 52000! Had to use congressmen first then utilized Tax Payer Advocate. They are happy to have assisted in getting money back.
More to come but not until all checks received.
