In order to get some sort of tax refund, it is important to take Federal taxes out of your pay. I know we all need as much of our money so one rule many people use when it comes to taking out their federal taxes is to do at least 6 months having the fed taxes come out of your pay. You will not get a tax refund back unless you actually pay some sort of federal taxes.

If you happen to receive a message on the Where's My Refund (WMR) platform stating "If you get this message on WMR, it means you have been pulled for ID VERIFY," don't panic! It simply means that the IRS wants to verify your identity and confirm that you filed your tax return.

📬 Keep an eye out for a letter from the IRS in your mailbox, as it will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

If you are one of my valued clients, please reach out to me as soon as you receive the letter. I will be more than happy to guide you through the verification process. It's crucial to ensure everything is done correctly, as any mistakes can delay your refund!
