This lady is a fu***ng theft and scammer .
I purchased a $97 DIY Summons kit from Ivy with Brighter Days Solutions two days ago. Yes I did receive the DIY Kit.

The DIY kit came with a free consultation on how to use the kit, so I got on the phone with her. During the call, she offered me her services for $997. I clearly told her I was not interested in her services, and if I ever became interested, I would reach back out.
About an hour after we got off the phone, she texted me saying if funding was an issue, we could get back on the phone and discuss it so I could use her services.
I never responded.
Then I wake up this morning and see three different charges on my card one for $750 and two charges for $350.
Keep in mind, I never agreed to her services. I never authorized any additional payments. The only thing I purchased was the $97 DIY kit two days ago online via her website..
It appears she created invoices and charged the same card I used for the DIY purchase without my permission.
I have tried calling and texting the number she contacted me from, and now there is no answer and no response.
This is exactly why people have trust issues when it comes to online services. Everybody wants to look like a business owner, but not everybody moves with integrity.
Ive already disputed these charges and I will be filing a police report when I get back in town because unauthorized charges are not “business” — that’s theft.
If you are doing business with people online, please watch your card, screenshot everything, and pay attention to who you trust.
Because some people will sell you a $97 product just to get access to your card and try to run off with more.
