As your family steps into what’s next, may God go before you, order your steps and keep your hearts anchored in Him.

May this new season bring clarity where there has been confusion, provision where there has been need, and stability where there has been uncertainty.

With how far the year has gone, there’s every tendency to feel like you can’t do any more than you already have. But no, it’s not too late.

Maybe the year hasn’t gone exactly as planned.

Some things worked.
Some didn’t.
Some goals are still sitting on the list.

But you still have time to make decisions that matter.

Time to get serious about your family’s financial future.
Time to protect what you’ve built.
Time to plan for your children.
Time to strengthen your retirement strategy.
Time to put the right structures in place.

You don’t need to finish everything before December.

You just need to stop postponing what matters.

There are still four months left.

What will you do with them? That’s what matter!! ❤️

Before August closes, pause and thank God for what He has already carried you through.

Some prayers were answered. Some battles were survived. Some doors opened. And even in the places where you are still waiting, God has remained faithful.

Now, as we step into September, make this your prayer:

“Lord, crown this new month with Your goodness. Let my family, my work, my children, and every area of my life experience the evidence of Your faithfulness. Go before me and let every path You lead me on overflow with Your goodness and abundance.”

September will not just be another month. May it carry the evidence of a God who answers, restores, directs, and provides.

You may not understand this season yet, but that does not mean it is without purpose.

God never promised that the journey would be easy. He promised something greater: His presence in the middle of it.

When you feel afraid, He says, “Do not fear, for I am with you.”
When you feel weak, “I will strengthen you.”
When you feel like you cannot keep going, “I will help you.”

So keep walking.

You don’t have to know every step ahead of you. You just need to remember Who is walking with you.

This season has purpose. And you will not walk through it alone.

What if the prayer over your finances wasn’t just:

“God, give me more money.”

What if you started asking Him for the things that would help you steward more?

Because more money without wisdom can create bigger problems.
More income without discipline can disappear just as quickly.
More opportunities without discernment can take you in the wrong direction.

As a Christian, I believe God cares about our financial lives. But I also believe He wants to develop the person who will carry the blessing, not just release the blessing.

So I’m learning to pray for wisdom. For discipline.
For courage. For discernment. For diligence.
For integrity. For the capacity to steward what He places in my hands.

Because the goal isn’t simply to have more.

It is to become someone who can build, manage, multiply, and use what God gives for His purpose.

Random thought I had today…

What if we are so focused on leaving our children wealth that we forget to prepare them for what we are leaving behind?

A house they cannot maintain.
An investment account they don’t understand.
A business they were never taught to run.
Money they were never taught to steward.

We call that generational wealth.

But wealth without wisdom can disappear just as quickly as it came.

Maybe legacy isn’t only about what our children inherit.

Maybe it is also about who they become because of what we leave them.

The greatest thing we can pass down may not be money.

It may be the capacity to handle it.

What God has promised concerning you and your family will happen in His appointed time.

You may feel like it is taking too long. You may look around and wonder when your season will come.

But remember: “At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”

You don’t have to force it.
You don’t have to compare your journey to anyone else’s.
Keep trusting. Keep preparing. Keep believing.

What God has ordained for you will not miss you.

May this be the season where you look back and say, “Only God could have done this.” 🙏🏽
