We want to let our clients know that the IRS will no longer issue refunds by check. You will have to provide direct deposit information in order to receive your refund. The IRS is also no longer accepting paper checks for balances due or estimates. You will have to submit your payment electronically directly on their website.

The tax season begins on Monday, January 26th. Please watch for your 2025 tax documents. You can either upload them to our secure portal account or drop them off in our drop box or in person during business hours. We will start our extended hours/days at that time. Also the IRS is discontinuing issuing checks for refunds so make sure we have your direct deposit information so you can receive it in a timely manner.

A few items for the end of the year.....first please keep an eye out for your letter from the IRS issuing your IPIN number if you usually get one because one of our clients just got theirs so they are coming early! Second, for the holiday season we will only be open on Tuesday, Dec 23rd and Tuesday, Dec 30th from 8am-4pm. Tax Season officially starts on Monday, January 29th. We will start our extended hours that week and will update our phone recordings at that time. You can still drop off or upload your tax documents once you receive them even if it's before that date. We can prepare them and will submit them on the 29th if they are ready at that time.
